FAQ

Q1: How do I choose the right size paddle board for my needs?

A: We provide a detailed paddle board size guide on each product page to help you choose the perfect fit based on your weight, skill level, and intended use:

  • Beginner/Recreational Use: Choose a board that is 10’–11’ long, 32”–34” wide, and 6”–6.5” thick. These boards are stable and easy to balance — ideal for casual paddling, yoga, or fishing. For example, a 10’6”×33”×6” board supports users up to 220 lbs.
  • Advanced/Freestyle Use: Choose a narrower board (28”–30” wide) that is 11’–12’ long for faster speed and better maneuverability — suitable for racing or touring.
  • Kids/Youth Use: Choose a board that is 8’–9’ long and 28”–30” wide, with a lighter weight (under 15 lbs) for easy handling.

If you are unsure, contact our customer service team with your weight and intended use, and we will provide personalized recommendations.

Q2: How do I prevent my diving mask from fogging up during use?

A: Fogging is a common issue with diving masks, but you can prevent it with these simple tips:

  • Pre-Treat the Lens: Before use, clean the inside of the lens with a small amount of toothpaste (non-abrasive) or a commercial anti-fog spray. Rub gently in a circular motion, then rinse thoroughly with fresh water. This removes the silicone residue that causes fogging.
  • Avoid Touching the Lens Inside: Skin oils transfer to the lens and cause fogging — never touch the inside of the lens with your fingers.
  • Breathe Through Your Mouth: When snorkeling or diving, breathe through your mouth (not your nose) to reduce moisture buildup inside the mask. If you need to equalize pressure, exhale gently through your nose.
  • Use Anti-Fog Inserts: We sell reusable anti-fog inserts that stick to the inside of the lens — they provide long-lasting fog protection for up to 10 dives.

Q3: Are your swimming bags truly waterproof? What is the difference between waterproof and water-resistant bags?

A: Yes! Our swimming bags are tested to meet IPX7 waterproof standards, which means they can be submerged in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes without leaking. Here’s the key difference between waterproof and water-resistant bags:

  • Waterproof Bags (IPX7+): Sealed with waterproof zippers and welded seams to prevent water from entering — ideal for storing wet gear (e.g., wetsuits, swimsuits), electronics (e.g., phones, cameras), or dry clothes during water sports. Our dry swimming bags fall into this category.
  • Water-Resistant Bags (IPX4–IPX6): Repel light rain or splashes but are not fully sealed — water can seep through zippers or seams if submerged. These are suitable for casual use but not for water sports.

All our waterproof swimming bags come with a waterproof test certificate — you can check it on the product page or request a copy from our customer service team.

Q4: Do you offer repair services for paddle boards and diving masks?

A: Yes! We offer professional repair services for all our water sports gear, with the following terms:

  • Paddle Board Repairs: We repair punctures, leaks, broken valves, and damaged fins for both inflatable and hard paddle boards. Repair fees start at $29.99 for small punctures and go up based on the extent of the damage. We provide a 3-month warranty on all repairs.
  • Diving Mask Repairs: We replace broken buckles, adjust straps, and polish scratched lenses (if repairable). Repair fees start at $14.99 for buckle replacement. For severely scratched lenses, we recommend replacing the mask (we offer a 15% discount on a new mask for customers with damaged ones).

Q5: What is the warranty policy for your water sports gear?

A: We offer a limited warranty to cover manufacturing defects (excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage):

  • Inflatable Paddle Boards: 2-year warranty, covering leaking seams, broken valves, and defective fins caused by poor craftsmanship. Does not cover punctures from sharp objects, damage from improper inflation, or wear from saltwater exposure.
  • Hard Paddle Boards: 3-year warranty, covering dents, cracks, and fin box defects caused by manufacturing errors. Does not cover damage from drops, collisions, or saltwater corrosion.
  • Diving Masks: 1-year warranty, covering broken buckles, faulty straps, and lens defects. Does not cover scratches from sand, fogging caused by improper maintenance, or damage from saltwater.
  • Swimming Bags: 1-year warranty, covering broken zippers, torn seams, and waterproof failures caused by manufacturing defects. Does not cover damage from overloading, sharp objects, or saltwater corrosion.

To file a warranty claim, send an email to our customer support team with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of when the issue was discovered — we will resolve your claim within 3 business days.

Q6: Do you ship internationally? Can I take your gear on a plane?

A: International Shipping: [Please fill in according to your actual situation, e.g., "We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada; international shipping to Europe and Australia is coming soon."] For U.S. domestic shipping, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $150.

Air Travel with Gear: Yes! Our inflatable paddle boards are designed to be travel-friendly:

  • Inflatable Paddle Boards: Deflate completely, fold neatly, and pack in the included carrying bag — most boards fit in the overhead compartment of a plane (check your airline’s size restrictions first). The pump and accessories can be packed in your checked luggage.
  • Diving Masks & Swimming Bags: Both can be packed in your carry-on or checked luggage. For prescription masks, we recommend carrying them in your hand luggage to avoid damage.
